I couldn’t recommend phil more. I had a rough start with driving instructors. Having two prior to Phil. And my confidence was at an all time low when my instructor dropped me last minute a few weeks before my test. Phil went out of his way to accommodate my work hours and availability to get me to my test. And although I didn’t pass first time. I nailed my second test. All thanks to Phil and his confidence in me.
