From the get-go, Phil made me feel very comfortable and welcome as both a student and a person. His style of teaching and way of helping to look out for key areas which I had to improve on was perfect. Although what really helped me to pass was the drive he had throughout my time learning and confidence in me as a driver, on top of that the relentless onslaught of cheesy dad jokes, and need to escape them, were an added reason. All in all, a quality teacher and exceptional help in passing my test, I would recommend him for any new learner who needs to work on their skills and confidence on the road, 10/10.
