Firstly Phil always made me feel comfortable and confident even when mistakes were made. His attitude towards teaching me how to drive was always very professional and I felt like I could ask anything without judgement. Phil sent very useful handouts after every lesson to tell me what went well and what needs to be improved on. Phil being my driving instructor, led to me passing first time with 0 faults!
