Flexibility: A good driving instructor will be flexible with their schedule, and will make sure they are available at times that are convenient for their students.
Ability to Adapt to Different Learning Styles: Everyone learns differently, and a good driving instructor will be able to adapt to the learning style of each individual student. I will be able to tailor your lessons to suit your needs, helping you to learn more effectively.
Positive Attitude: A positive attitude is essential for a driving instructor. A great instructor will be enthusiastic and encouraging, helping their students to feel confident and motivated.
Good Communication Skills: Good communication skills are essential for a driving instructor. They need to be able to explain things clearly and concisely, and be able to listen to their students, responding to their questions and concerns.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Phil for helping me pass my driving test first time. He was always so patient and understanding with me, and a good laugh too. In the past I’ve had previous driving lessons and even had multiple tests attempts. After a long break I made the correct decision in choosing Phil as my driving instructor. He changed my whole views on driving and picked my confidence up off the ground. Phil is extremely relaxed, patient and truly believed in me. He does come with great wit and banta aswell, which is what you want in a driving instructor. It’s been an absolute pleasure being his student and I urge you to choose Phil as your driving instructor in the Buxton/ High Peak area. I can’t thank you enough Phil. 5 stars 😊
