Ability to Adapt to Different Learning Styles: Everyone learns differently, and a good driving instructor will be able to adapt to the learning style of each individual student. I will be able to tailor your lessons to suit your needs, helping you to learn more effectively.
Positive Attitude: A positive attitude is essential for a driving instructor. A great instructor will be enthusiastic and encouraging, helping their students to feel confident and motivated.
Good Communication Skills: Good communication skills are essential for a driving instructor. They need to be able to explain things clearly and concisely, and be able to listen to their students, responding to their questions and concerns.

Massive well done to Cameron, who passed his driving test today in Buxton at the first attempt and with only 1 driver fault. He joins my exclusive club of passing both theory and driving tests first time. It took a while getting here because of covid and cancellations but I´m sure it´s been worth the wait. Its been an absolute pleasure taking you for lessons, enjoy your independence and stay safe.

"I passed my test just over a week ago with Phil and I couldn’t have done it without him. I am a very anxious person; who lacks confidence and he is amazing. I went with Phil after having a bad experience with a previous instructor a few years ago. He always makes sure that you’re comfortable in the drivers seat and makes sure you know mistakes are okay and we learn from them. After every lesson Phil sends over a debrief with handouts attached which helped to explain things, and helped when it came to doing my theory. His theory lessons were also extremely helpful.
Although I didn’t have the smoothest journey, with several of my tests being cancelled, Phil always remained positive, helpful and patient. He made lessons enjoyable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else, although his jokes are terrible.

"I passed my test last week with Phil and I couldn’t have done it without him. He’s so helpful in the car and out, going through things properly and always asking questions if you don’t understand. He sends handouts after every lesson which helped me massively in improving my driving. He gave me extra help to prepare for my theory too. Phil does everything he can to make sure you’re happy in the drivers seat and is such a good laugh, I will miss my lessons loads! I would genuinely recommend Phil to anyone, he improved my confidence massively in the time I was learning".
