I would recommend Phil to anyone! He makes learning to drive a lot of fun and he is really relaxed about everything. My first lesson, I was nervous about it all, but Phil brought out my confidence and independence to drive. So friendly, you can ask any questions or talk to Phil about anything. Becomes a good friend as well as a good instructor!



I have gone through a lot recently and no matter what, Phil was motivating me and helped me to pass! I cannot speak highly enough of how good Phils driving lessons are, definitely something I looked forward to each week!

" I can honestly say that learning to drive with Phil is one of the best choices I have ever made and I definitely couldn´t imagine learning with anyone else! Driving with Phil isn´t just a driving lesson every week and that´s your lot, its so much more! He goes above and beyond to help you from step one. His help with theory, handouts and lesson briefings are excellent and extremely helpful, all of which he does in his own time! Never during my driving lessons has he ever made me feel uncomfortable or made me do something I wasn´t capable of doing and the belief he has in his learners is genuinely heartwarming. I was extremely nervous and uninterested in learning to drive and only decided to try out a lesson as i felt that i really needed to learn for my independence. As soon as i got in the car for the first time everything changed. Phil puts you at ease straight away, he is so chilled and easy to get on with. Every lesson is full of laughs (and the occasional tear) but i know i looked forward to each lesson so much each week! The lessons are not easy and definitely push you but you never feel uncomfortable or over stressed.

Phil goes above and beyond to make sure you get the most out of the lessons, he sends you briefings after each session which tell you what went well and what you will be working on next time. He is always there 24/7 if you have any questions and is really approachable so you always feel that you can ask anything and not feel silly.

Phil also helps you with the theory test, he gives you access to a useful website on which he can monitor your results and will make time to help you if you are unsure of certain areas.

Phil gives 110% in everything, i am so glad i chose to learn with him and because of him i passed my theory and practical first time! I can not speak highly enough of him and would definitely recomend him to anyone!

Well where do I start? Phil is a legend in the making and clearly knows what he is doing. He has helped me so much to become a good driver and helped me pass my test 1st time. Phil is a man with lots of patience and is one of the most kind and genuine blokes around. If I was having a bad lesson or making mistakes he would never shout at you, he would just talk you through it and always tell you how the mistakes can be made better.

Phil isn´t short of any banter either haha, he does nothing but make you laugh for the duration of your lessons and he helps keep nerves away. He isn´t short of conversation and has many stories to tell.

Thank you so much for helping me pass my test but more importantly become a good and safe driver! I am very grateful for all the help you gave me and you really are a good man. I would definitely recommend people to take their lessons with Phil if you want to be a good driver.
