A New Chapter: Hanging Up the L-Plates
To all my past, present, and future drivers,

After 13 and a half wonderful years as a driving instructor, the time has come for me to officially retire at the end of August due to health issues.

Looking back over the years, it has been an absolute privilege to help so many of you take to the road. We’ve shared it all—the nerve-wracking first lessons, the triumphs, the occasional setbacks, and plenty of tears, laughter, and celebratory hugs along the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of learners.

I’m Still Here to Help!
While I am stepping back from full-time instruction, my passion for coaching hasn´t gone anywhere. If you have your own car and are looking for a bit of guidance, I am still available on a more informal basis to offer:

I had Phil as my instructor for over a year and wouldn’t have gone for anyone else. Extremely flexible when it came to my sixth form, exams and my work schedule once I finished school. Always extremely punctual and on time. And definitely full of pass used by date jokes. Amazing instructor both as a person to talk to and to help you get through your theory and practical. I’d recommend Phil to all new drivers that I know and would go back to him every time.
